How does a modern presence differ from the typical naturopathy look?

The typical look leans on soft colours, natural symbols and esoteric hints, believing this conveys 'nature'. In reality it conveys vagueness. A modern presence shows professional competence, clean structure and real practice reality. The 'nature' of naturopathy comes through your craft, not through the imagery.

Does the health insurance really cover naturopathy?

Accepted Answer

From basic insurance only if a doctor with the corresponding FMH certificate performs the treatment (anthroposophic medicine, classical homoeopathy, phytotherapy, TCM as 'medical complementary medicine'). From supplementary insurance much more broadly, if you hold EMR or ASCA recognition. We design the presence so that this is communicated transparently.

Should we show patient testimonials?

In principle yes, they are strong trust anchors. Legally they must be authentic (no invented or paid ones), they need the written consent of the person, and they must not contain concrete promises of cure ('I am fully well again' is sensitive, 'After two months I felt considerably better' is clean).

How do we handle the 'unscientific' reproach?

Not defensively, but through your practice reality. Show how you work: anamnesis, examination, treatment plan, follow-up. That is structurally no different from school medicine. Where studies exist for a method, cite them cleanly. Where experiential knowledge dominates, say so honestly. The informed patients appreciate exactly this differentiation.

Do we need a dedicated section per method or per complaint?

Both, but complaint first. The complaint pages pick people up where their question actually begins; the method pages deepen the story for informed prospects. A pure method structure (homoeopathy, phytotherapy, Schüssler salts as the main navigation) loses most of the prospects who are not familiar with the technical terms.

What about online booking and digital anamnesis?

For appointment booking we design the integration with common systems (OneDoc, Calendly, practice software such as Nubis or tomedo); the technical implementation is handled by your development partner. On the anamnesis we deliberately advise against an open online form before the first appointment, because sensitive health data can be transmitted unnecessarily unencrypted. The first contact stays the appointment itself.

We cooperate with doctors and hospitals. Should we show that?

Yes, and prominently. Cooperation with school medicine is today for most patients a strong signal of trust and positions you clearly as a complementary practice, not as an opposite pole. If you regularly cooperate with certain family doctors or specialist practices, make it visible (with their consent).

What does a practice presence for a naturopathy practice cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope: a refresh, a full presence including website design and photography, or a group practice with several therapists and disciplines.
